To comply with legal requirements and protect the integrity of our service, FastSendMe maintains a 100% complete and immutable audit log of all inbound and outbound emails, SMS messages, and AI Agent prompts associated with your account. We will fully cooperate with all lawful subpoenas and warrants requesting these records.
The "Hermes" AI Assistant employs strict moderation filters. Any attempt to prompt the AI for prohibited materials (including but not limited to pornography, instructions for illegal activities, or maps) will be flagged, denied, and logged. Repeated violations will result in account termination.
We utilize third-party vendors (such as SendGrid for email routing, Twilio for SMS routing, and OpenAI for agent logic) to provide our services. By using FastSendMe, you consent to your data being processed by these third-party infrastructure providers.
