1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing a subscription, or using the services provided by FastSendMe ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

FastSendMe provides a secure email-to-SMS routing, daily information digest, and AI agent interface primarily designed to facilitate communication with incarcerated individuals. We are not affiliated with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), TRULINCS, CorrLinks, or any other facility email provider.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses

As the account holder, you are responsible for the actions of the incarcerated individual utilizing the service through your account. You agree NOT to use, or allow the service to be used, to:

Bypass facility security protocols or communication restrictions.
Conduct or coordinate illegal activities, businesses, or unauthorized third-party communications.
Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person (including victims or witnesses).
Request or generate prohibited content, including but not limited to pornography, facility maps, or escape plans via the "Hermes" AI Assistant.

4. Opt-In Protocol

We enforce a strict opt-in policy for SMS communication. We will automatically hold any initial message sent by an inmate to a new phone number until the recipient explicitly replies "YES" to our automated authorization request. You may not attempt to circumvent this system.

5. Service Limitations and Delays

Due to the nature of facility email systems, messages may be delayed for hours or days pending facility review. FastSendMe is not responsible for delayed, blocked, or dropped messages caused by facility monitors or third-party networks (e.g., Twilio, SendGrid).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, for any violation of these terms, or if we receive a request from law enforcement or a correctional facility to cease communications associated with your account.
