How To Use FastSendMe

Step 1: Compose a New Email

Have your loved one log into their facility email system (e.g., TRULINCS or CorrLinks) and compose a new message.

Set the "To" address as: sms@FastSendMe.com

Step 2: Enter the Phone Number

In the Subject line, type the exact 10-digit phone number of the person they want to text.

Step 3: Write the Message

Type the message in the email body, just like a normal text, and click Send. If it's a new number, the recipient will receive an opt-in request. Once approved, the message is delivered!

Step 1: Email the Agent

Set the "To" address as: agent@FastSendMe.com

Step 2: Ask Your Question

The subject line can be anything. In the body of the email, write out the question, prompt, or research task.

Step 3: Receive Your Answer

Hermes will process the request and reply directly to the inmate's inbox with a comprehensive answer.
